yea you can use florecents... my adivice get a Florescent (23w flo= 100w incandescent and the lumes is 1500 of one flo) and there $4.00 (2 per pack) at Wal-mart if you get around to it so that should be enough light for them or even one light. now remember what effort and time you put into plants the more they well love you back at harvest time...

They just sprouted the other day and are now in soil. Gotta get a heat lamp for them tomorrow. The seeds are supposed to be orange cush.
