I'm disgusted. That sentence is outrageous. Assuming a guilty verdict, he really should have been let go with fines and probation. This is so transparently political it makes me ill.

this is the prince of pot documentary part that talks about the press release by karen tandy on his arrest, and it doesn't even mention what he was arrested for, but rather his political affiliations
