so basically i "gave" my ex mother in law my 5 year old laptop. she then gives it to her daughter, my ex sister in law.

(i gave it to my ex boyfriend's mom when we were still together)

i didnt really mind because she probably thought her daughter could use it more than her.

we broke up yesterday and now im moving back to my family. would it be really wrong of me to take my laptop back? when i say moving, i mean 2,500 miles away. so i wont really see these people ever again but i've known them for like 2 years.


now my ex bf, ex mother in law, and other coworkers use it at work since it hooks up to the internet. i use it at work too, but im not going to work here anymore since im moving.

its fine for me to take it back right? my parents bought it for me and they paid like 2k for it 5 years ago. will they understand or hate me for taking away the internet at work? (no one else has a laptop) but does it even really matter what they think since im no longer with my ex?

even though its 5 years old, its not even that bad. it still does the internet at a decent pace.

i also i feel like im "taking away" my ex sister in law's only computer. well im not even sure if it can pick up wireless at her house. but it was never given to her in the first place, just her mom.


everyone is gonna hate me right


i have a nice desktop that works great, but im afraid of going home and my parents being like "where's the laptop"
