Preppin 2nd Grow

So i figured that id get my second grow started up here, germin now, gunna use 2 gallon pots this time instead of one big 8 gallon one i was using before. How tall do you think i should let it get before flower with a plant in a 2 gallon pot, bout foot and a quarter or so?.....

2-3 weeks in veg are enough . then flower them .

u can do it when they are about 30 centimeters tall .

it depends on the strain type and how much head room you have. just remember the plants will usually atleast double in size

what is your setup like

I like to get them about 12inches than go to flower and ty them down, more colas.

Yea i got closet space, Some CFL for veg, then a 450w HPS lamp for flower, before one of my plants grew like twice as fast as its sister and ended up running outta room, however this time im goin to put each plant in seperate [2 gallon] pots so i can access each individually and makes for more room...also doing a nice LST during entire growth instead of waiting til flower like i did on my last one [first sucessful grow, learning experience that was well rewarding even]

I learned the hard way also my first grow went nuts, now I control those ladys with the LST. they sometimes get sassy and go nuts at night, but I am still amazed on how much more you can get out of few plants doing the LST. method also my last grow was totally cfl. trying to save some doe on electric, my avatar shows results.

Hey, welll i dont have my digital camera currently but right now i got 8 plants started, bout 3 inches high, still babies, 2 of them [maybe becuz of stress] leaves look werid, and defected but still seem to be growing at a normal rate. I do have a question tho, the only thing i got on them are like 2 CFLs i got from LOWES im using for vegative, but im thinkin im goin to have to use my HPS lamp as well becuz those 2 CFLs are gunna get the job done when those plants get bigger, thats ok to do even tho i know HPS Lamps are flowering sepctrum right? But anyway so far so good, excited to do a full grow using LST with tieing down branches

...oh and i dunno the strain, i just had the seeds from some stuff i smoked

Well my plants are growin nice and strong, but soon i fear that the couple of CFLs i have wont be enough to satisfy these babies, and i know i can mix CFL with HPS lights cuz ive asked that ques before, but my main concern is due to my situation would if be fine to just use the HPS lamp instead of purchasing more CFLs, or will i get a NOTICABLE difference in yeild should i keep the spectrums in their respective stage of growth lol?...cuz if i wont get that much in a yeild difference, i was just gunna use the HPS for the rest of veg [with the CFLs], and then obviously use just the HPS in flower...
