That's a good article... I think it'd be even better if it had a source, not saying I doubt it, but sources are always a definite plus.

Neural activity is at its peak for me when I smoke only a moderate amount. I can tell when I smoke too much because I begin to feel more lazy and letharic because my muscles are more relaxed.
