I was wondering if I threw a air stone in my ebb and flow tank if it would help keeping nutes mixed up and putting stone in would benifit plants at all.

I'm preparing an ebb and flow hybrid setup for flowering and was wondering the same thing...

I add 1 to my res. to keep it from getting stag .
More oxygen in the nutes is rarely a bad thing anyway.
