Worms
well i have a theory.. well worm castings are good for your plants and very good supply of nut to you plants.. well would the same thing happen if i got some worms from a bait store and throw the in my soil because they would naturly making the fert for you plant... would that be good or no even if you use orgainc nurts.:wtf:

Bait worms and compost worms are 2 different genera.
Stick with the castings or 'worm tea' indoors. If you want to add living things to your soil, mycorrhizal fungi are EXCELLENT to help the roots uptake nutrients better and improve the condition of the soil. They are very important in organic grows.

If you water properly, that is, until it runs out the bottom of the pot, the worms will just crawl out. They don't like to be drowned, just like after a big rainstorm. You'll end up picking them up off the floor after every watering.

how do you add mycorrhizal fungi? is there a spore bank somewhere?

Most good garden centers will sell inoculant. The brand I've seen around commonly is called myco-stim. There are MANY!
