There is hope - I Passed with 1 day notice

I am 5'11" 185lbs, above average metabalism. Don't excercise. Moderate smoker, I hit the one-hitter about 3 times a day and smoke about 1 blunt a week. It has been about 10 days since I last smoked. I didn't have time to exercise or sit in a sauna (I don't exercise regularly). I took 2 aspirin 4 hours before test. (Didn't know what they did)

After almost 9 months of jobhunting, I finally landed a 2nd interview and was told that the job was mine if I wanted it. Well this past Wednesday, I get a phone call from the HR dept saying that I needed to pass a drug screen before I could start. (And here I am thinking I was home free) She asked me to come in right then but I lied and said it was my wife's birthday and I was already committed for the afternoon. I told her I would be there at 10 am the next day. I immediately go to the local headshop and buy the "STRIP" toxin cleaner. Folks, I am not kidding when I say this is the worst thing I have ever drank in my life. I also went to the store and bought 2 large bottles of cranberry juice.

Next morning, I forced down the "STRIP" toxin cleaner (felt like I was on "Fear Factor". NASTY NASTY NASTY Can't believe I didn't puke) And drank as much cranberry juice as I could. By the time I gave the urinalayst, I had urinated about 6-7 times. Was told to go into bathroom and was unsupervised. Gave mid-stream pee and was told that they don't test there but it had to be sent off.

Well the good news is, I just received the call 20 mins ago that I start tomorrow.

I want to say thanks to anyone that has posted useful advice on this forum. Also, if you are in the same boat as I was, don't worry about the results..Have faith in the product..

Hi....I haven't smoked, AT ALL, since early December. My boyfriend smokes in my home (blows it out the window). Dilemma: I have a physical on Wednesday, including a urine test, to determine my health for a new job. Question: Is the 2nd hand smoke enough to screw with my urine test???

How much effect does 2nd hand marijuana smoke have on a urine test? I have a physical this Wednesday for a new job. I have not smoked in over 2 months but my boyfriend smokes in my house (even though he blows the smoke out the window). What are hte chances the second hand smoke will have an effect on my test??

Standard urine tests for physicals, I don't think that includes drug testing. I could be mistaken, but apparently more than 1 of my friends have gone to these physicals, and been up to their eyebrows with THC, so who knows.
