You look pretty root-bound- bigger pots time.
Distilled water is not good unless you add calmag plus. Otherwise, use tap water.
6.5-6.5 is too low. You very likely now have a low-soil pH issue exacerbated by the distilled water =lack of CaCO3 buffer.
Check your runoff pH, adjust, switch to tap water, larger pots.

i have 3 to 5 gallon kitty litter bucket for my plant i thought that would be enough

    so use tap water
also what should i use to raise the ph

If the pot is that big and you still have those symptoms something is SERIOUSLY wrong.
What is the drainage in the pot?

Use pH up to raise the pH. Tap water has a higher pH than distilled anyway in almost all cases.

the leaves are not getting any yellower.. i believe the green is starting to make its way back

and yea my pot is at least 3 gallons with holes all in it
i don't think it was distilled water because i grabbed it from my
moms a week ago and she will refill those gallon jugs u buy distilled
water in... don't know for sure but a possibility

also the plant is still showing signs of new growth.. like new hairs

i will check the run off ph soon
    here are some pics

Cool. Well you definitely have some good resin production going on so that's a plus. And that plant in the first pic looks to be less than 3 weeks from harvest- at this stage, yellowing isn't as much of a concern as it would have been a couple weeks ago.
That's not some sort of tinfoil you've got up is it?

hahaha the big no no tin foil
yes actually it is.... reason being i have read that tin foil is bad if i had an HID light and thats the cfls dont have enough concentrated
    light to produce hot spots

and its also temp. after this grow is done i am re doing the box
with better ventilation and better reflection
but i like my custom lights i am going to keep those
its like a cool tube (rubbermaid) box with a glass bottom and 12 cfls
i have a fan that sucks out the hot and and sucks in new air and it is ported out side the box i'll post pics of that as well at the end of the grow

it ill be ready for 420
