dont think so. ive used a MG soil before on seeds. (isnt the greatest, but it works)

i personnaly have found that small container seedlings will suck up a lot of water if light is readily available. make sure its neither overly dry or wet before waterings
hybridlove420 Reviewed by hybridlove420 on . I gotta sprout and some questions I planted a bagseed and got a sprout. :) This is a little dixie cup with some potting soil. I've been putting this literally 2 inches from the light. My light is gooseneck desk lamp with a single 26W 6500K CFL. In the mean time I'm building up my rubbermaid box. I have 6 of these lights, with conduit and junction boxes that house my splices (wire nuts). I want to protect my house and give it a clean, neat appearance. Pix of that to come later. Anyway, here are my sprout pix. Do Rating: 5
