can you use chains? anyways this thread prolly woulda been better in the basic growing section since this has nothing to do with hydroponics

I have these 4 bulb fixtures that are 4 feet long flourescent tubes and I am using them for veg but the plants are getting too tall so I need to build some sort of a wooden frame to support the fixture at different heights... Can anyone share any experience with building a frame or is there any alternatives to hang these BIG fixtures. After all thy are pretty big and weigh about 20 lbs.
