I have to be careful with strains that are mostly sativa, or I will have an anxiety attack. The other night I mixed two strains, one strain I have been using for about a week, and another strain that I have been avoiding because it tastes like crap. Turns out the one that tastes like crap causes anxiety for me, I stopped using it and went back to the other, and no more anxiety problems. I almost wonder if a strain high in CBD can reverse the symptoms of anxiety, though I have not tried this. Hmm, maybe that can be my project for tomorrow, self induce anxiety with the crap weed and see if the other will cure it, lol.

The best way to naturally overcome anxiety, I have found, is to constantly remind yourself that it won't hurt you, it's just in your head, and will pass. Eat a large meal if you can, drink some water, and watch a relaxing movie, you'll be fine.
