Listen, Your thoughts and worry/panic CAN NOT hurt you. Fear is your worst enemy with anxiety, because when we are scared , we're automatically in a heightened state of anxiety...this leads to panic attacks, racing thoughts, rapid heart beat....feling like you are gonna die, gonna go crazy, gonna 'lose control'....etc etc "

Trust me Ive had them ALL. The next day you feel uneasy because of the effect that fear has on the body chemestry....nothing bad..just kinda like a fear hangover

So , this uneasy feeling leads to a touch of fear...is it happening again ? we ask ourselves = more fear = more anxiety , ect ect...

Once you recognize the cyclic pattern of it all, you'll automatically be back in more control...
