Cleaning up pollen

What's the best way to clean pollen out of a grow room? I just recently had a male pop up and drop pollen while I was out of town for the holidays. The room is just a normal bedroom closet with carpeting on the floor.

Mist the floor lightly with water to deactivate the pollen and then vacuum it up, preferably with a HEPA filter in the vac.
Mist the walls lightly with water too. It just takes a little damp to make the pollen non-viable.
