    plant problems- pls help

I flushed today and repotted. The new pot is 3 times the size of the previous one, so hope this one will be ok. I tried to be as gentle as possible when transplanting not to shock her too much. The water yes, it was at room temperature, thnx. Hope that in a couple of days I'll be able to come here and say that everything's ok and she's all healthy green and stinky
I used to fert once every other watering, like now i fert, next time just water, next time fert again, so I guess I over ferted. How often should I use fert?On the new fert I got it says once in 2 weeks, but I don't know, I think it's not enought. Now that I transplanted and the plant has some new earth to dig it's roots, I guess I am not supposed to use fert for some time right? being that the new earth is pre-ferted.
And another question, I've read that best is to water at the begining of the light cycle, like in the morning, and on another site i've read that it's best to water at the end, when the theoretically the sun sets. What do you think? I used to water on sunrise.
Sorry for my poor english, but as you already noticed english is not my native language. Hope you don't have too much trouble understanding me. and again sorry for asking so many questions.
    thnx dudes and peace

Your English is excellent and I had not noticed that you weren't a native speaker. After all, even some native speakers make posts with bad grammar and that silly text-message talk that is much harder to understand!

If the new dirt already has fertilizer in it, you should definitely wait to feed for at least a little while. Pre-fertilized soils are difficult to work with growing cannabis indoors.
I like to water in the morning so there is no chance of splashed water sitting on leaves all night and possibly causing rot.

    plant problems- pls help

A little update: it seems that my baby is ok now, I mean that the tips of the leaves didn't go worse, didn't get green again, but at least their not dying anymore. so one week 12/12 and no sex showing. That's supposed to be a good thing, right? or it might be becouse of the shock from transplanting and flushing. It is showing little stretching, I heard that's normal for 12/12. So what I'm saying here is, should I be happy for not showing it's sex, this meaning that it might be a girl, or is it from the stress? ...
    peace
