The droop is just a bit of transplant shock and should go away shortly. Keep them moist but not soaking, and if you have superthrive use it ONCE at one drop per gallon.
Try raising the lights for the first couple days so they don't lose water so fast until they have a chance to grow some fresh roots.
Bloom ferts conveniently have a lot of phosphorous in them, and P is helpful for root growth. Just stay on your regular feeding schedule.
