plant problems- pls help

hey, being a noob, I ran into 1st problems 2day. Can you please look at the attached pics and tell me what's wrong? I have 2 computer fans blowing on the plant. It's the first time I noticed the yellowing tips, and I don't know if it's related but it was the first time when I increased the watering period with one more day. Anyway, the spot on the leaf I noticed some time ago, but only now I noticed the second one, on the smaller leaf. Could it be related to some verry small flies I noticed buzzing around my baby? I must mention that they're not the white flies becouse I caught one, put it under a small magnifing glass and it is as black as night. No sign of fly larvas on or under the leaf.
Almost forgot, the 3rd problem is the curving of the some leafs, as you'll see in the pics.
I really don'y know what's wrong with it, any help would be greatly appreaciated. Thank you

Hey yoyo,
It looks like you have the start of a salt build up happening. I would suggest a flushing with straight water your next watering. Let the run off flow out until it's clear instead of yellow/brown. The small flies are probably soil/fungus gnats. They're more of an annoyance than a potential problem but don't let em get any worse.
Keep your area clean of any standing water or dead debris.
Look into some sticky strips or sticks to catch the adults flying around the soil . It should cut down their population enough.

First things first though, correct the salt build up in the medium by flushing and restarting your nutrient regiment.

You're too low in the pot, and the built-in drip tray on the pot is preventing proper drainage.
That means your soil isn't drying out properly between waterings, giving the gnats a place to breed, and preventing uptake of nutrients but the root system.
That's also why your leaves are looking sick.
Re-pot into a slightly larger pot with fresh, LIGHT (extra perlite is good) soil and better holes in the bottom.
If the problem persists, check the pH of the runoff out the drain holes to see that acid environment isn't also a problem.

hmm i can not say im an expert but i cant quite tell if you have ventalation, now i know you said you had two fans runnin (which is good) but the plants also need proper ventalation from humidity and the toxins they release. dont trust me on this one though. just hopein the best for your plants. cheers.:thumbsup:

thank you all for all the answers. I think you're right stinkyattic, the pot's to small and I would transplant it, but the problem is that today is the 2nd day of 12/12. I know, I should have thought of transplant it before. If i move it to a bigger pot now wouldn't be too much of a shock for it and go male/hermie? About the other suggestion, the salt build up, I wanna try flushing tho, that wouldn't be too much of a stress for the plant right?
I know some of you might say it's too early to go 12/12 but I wanna tell you that lately it's been getting more and more difficult for me to get green, that's why I kept the plant only 1 month in veg, I need some asap ... even if it's gonna be a small yeld ..

Plants don't become male, don't worry.
Stresses that cause herming the most frequently include erratic photoperiod, high temperature, overuse of bloom blast type supplements, crappy genetics, and overripeness.
Repotting is relatively low stress if you are gentle and can REDUCE stress over time by fixing poor grow conditions.
Flushing isn't all that stressful if you do it right, which is make sure that the pH is correct and that wne you are finished, you feed weakly with a complete fertilizer.

I just repotted 3 plants last night that were in 2 gal pots, they were in their 1st 2 weeks of 12/12 and hadnt increased in size. So I put them in 5 gal buckets last night around 9pm. Just checked on them (quickly!) and noticed they were extremely droopy. After transplant only used straight water, no nutes, should I give them a weak feeding @7(lights on) with a grow or bloom fert?

The droop is just a bit of transplant shock and should go away shortly. Keep them moist but not soaking, and if you have superthrive use it ONCE at one drop per gallon.
Try raising the lights for the first couple days so they don't lose water so fast until they have a chance to grow some fresh roots.
Bloom ferts conveniently have a lot of phosphorous in them, and P is helpful for root growth. Just stay on your regular feeding schedule.

Just thought I'd mention that when flushing, try to get the water your flushing with as close to the soil temperature as possible to avoid shock
