Yes! Some buds mature faster than others.You will stress the plant like hell if you cut on it.Start with the lower braches and smaller buds,leaving the larger ones to finish.

The main cola is still only about 20% amber pistilled while many of the other main branches are atleast 75% amber. I'm not sure if it will stress out the rest of the remaining bud left on the plant.
