i have just thought of another time i have hallucinated on weed (not just auditory this time), it was a sativa dominant strain (Neville's haze) i was smoking once again, (effects of sativa are always more trippy then an indica strain) i had just smoked a blunt and had a few bong hits, i was walking home with my friend which in general was pretty surreal but i think once i had got home and was in my room i noticed the effects a lot more, i looked at my wall and there were ripples coming from the centre of my vision, hard to explain but was trippy. also unlike the time i had auditory hallucinations this was when i had been smoking for some time. if you want to hallucinate from weed i would advise not smoking for a couple of days and then find some good sativa strain (neville's haze, super silver haze, amnesia haze, cinderella 99...) and enjoy!:hippy:
