Looking for a 100% odor free room
I am currently using the hydrohut mini which is 3.25â?? x 3.25â?? x 6.5â?? tall
I have a Carbon Filter 94CFM & Exhaust Fan Combo hooked up in there
as well as two fans cycling air.
The fan and filter are both inside the hut blowing the filtered air out of the top of the hut
This seems to work great up until week 6 or 7 of flowering then I start to get 2-3 days of bad odor a week.
Just wondering if any of you have ideas how to make this room completely odor free, feel free to ask any additional questions about the setup.
Also would getting a more powerful filter and or fan resolve this issue.

What are the temperatures in the hut? How old is your activated carbon?

One quick fix I would put out there would be to pick up an 'odorsok' which is a relatively inexpensive carbon filter that you can slip over the end of either the 'in' end of your exhaust duct or the outlet. It secures with a drawstring and folds up quite small when not in use. You could then add that as a 'backup' second level of air treatment on those days when you can detect odor.

Thanks for the replys guys and Gals/////
Good too se all you again. I will let him know.
When I saw the Scrubber. He has it hooked up to the fan so Air was entering the Scrubber and then passing through the fan and out the HUt.
Wouldn't he benifit more if the air was passing through the fan first then out the scrubber? In theroy its the same process I guess.. hmmmmmmmm
Ill let him know about the Soc thing..

In theory, I think it makes a difference. Scrubbers are at the end of the chain where the air is finally gone. The reason you have a scrubber is for the air to pass through the carbon and deodorizing it from there.
Pics would help a lot. I am visualizing a scrubbers like this one Cannabis.com Forums Message Boards - Medical Marijuana, Cannabis Club, Dispensary, News
But I have a sneaky suspicion its not at all like it if the fan is on the end????
