small air tight containor, fill the bottom with salt,add a few layers of paper or kitchen roll an put the green on top of that. the salt should suck the moisture out,just make sure it doesnt come in2 contact with the green,an put the box in an airing cupboard or a warm spot like the top of your emersin heater. i must admit ive never done it with green but i have done it with basil and corriander
as i grew way tomuch over the summer.and it did not affect the taste so no salt was drawn in by the plant matter.hope this helps?
