Test at 1:00PM today

Okay I just got notice about two hours ago that I had to do a test today at 1:00.
I found this forum about an hour ago and have been following what's in this thread since 9:00AM.

I haven't smoked since 1/3/08, so it's been 6 days.

Not really sure what other info you'd need but if I'm following the directions from the thread above, what do you think my chances are of passing?

Since I didn't find that thread sooner, I can't take any creatine or do any exercising the day before, nor can I do the aspirin (since it says don't take any 4 hours before the test, and the test is in 3 hours).

I have vitamin B complex at home, and I plan to take that about 12:00PM.

Also just wondering - I take either Tylenol or Advil, and either Vicodin, Percoset, or Loratab together everyday for pain. Will that effect my test results?? Should I tell them I take this regularly?

Almost forgot - the thread didn't say anything about eating before hand. Should I wait til after the test? I know food will probably soak up some of the liquids I'm drinking, so I should probably wait right?

What is your height and weight, physical activity level, smoking history (how much, how often , how many times a day, quality, etc.)? Is this pre employment or for an accident? Do you have any head shops or such in your city? Do you have a possible clean donor to substitute with? It's Percocet and Lortab btw and they don't ask for a list of prescriptions like they did in the past. Positives are handled by a MRO and they will verify scripts for prescription meds.

I'm 5'9 250. I don't exercise but I'm always moving - I work two jobs, one full-time, the other part-time, usually 18 hour days, I never have down time.

I was hired initially for the part-time as seasonal, so they didn't have me do the drug screen, I've been there since September. They want to keep me on as an employee, so I have to do the pre employment drug screen.

I don't think I have any head shops in the area, the closest would be down town and that's a 45 minute drive, I'm taking the test on my lunch break from my first job, so unfortunately I don't have the time to drive all the way down there and back.

I've only been smoking for about 2 months regularly, I started it for the pain, because the pain medications don't always work. It's between 3-5 times a week, usually less than a bowl, just enough to get me high and make me pass out. As far as I'm aware the quality is good - my friend's family grows it so it's fresh off the plant.

I think in your case it maybe best to get a negative dillute and see if they will let you do a retest.Can you pickup a thc test strip somewhere close to test yourself first? There's just no way to know if you're one of the lucky ones who clean out quickly.If you can get some more time maybe you can find some synthetic urine.

I don't know if this'll help anyone to tell, but the last time I had a drug test for a job, I had smoked about 10 days before and passed. I had only smoked that one time within a 6 week period before the test, though.

But that probably doesn't help, right? Because doesn't it build up within your system?


Oh, I wouldn't really know where to get a THC test strip. Do they sell those anywhere, or just head shops?

You can find them in most any pharmacy and they will run you about $15-20 each. For future reference you can buy them online for slightly above $1 each.

I am thinking the test is already done..but with a 2 hour notice..I would of bailed on the one job to go downtown and get synthetic..the whole way chugging gatorades and waters..just in case the head shop was out of stock..you said 45 minutes away..5 minutes in the store..going about 75..you would of made it right in time to pass. I guess it is all in what you want. But I hope you pass..please report back..but I have a strange feeling that you failed miserably.

Well they told me 3-5 business days, it's been 9 business days. They said they'd tell my HR manager, and even though she's a complete moron, I don't think she'd wait this long to tell me I failed (her and I don't get along, I think if I had failed she'd kick me out as soon as she could).

I'm leery of asking 'did I pass', for obvious reasons, I don't want to make it sound like I have a doubt in my mind of whether or not I would. But my guess is if it's been this long, I shouldn't have a problem.
