i don't believe there is any difference in potency. in a scrog, you should yield more. if you're gonna do a scrog, you need to use clones. once the plants reach the screen, you don't wanna be trying to pull males out of there. with seeds, you will have males in there. use female clones.

From what I have read scrog is easier to do and maintain but doing a grow sog style the plant will be a decent amount more potentcy due to the plant not trying to flower everywhere.
