Bought a Vaporwarez Vaporcannon -- now confused.

I got the handsfree kit with it, and it's pretty much (from what I can tell) the same design as the Vapor Bros just a little different and from a different manufacturer. Now, I've never used a vape before, but when I pack the ground up bud into the hands-free part, it inevitably falls down onto the glass that contains the heating element, is this normal? Am I still vapeing the bud this way? (it doesn't seem like it) and if it's not right, how do I fix it?

I have a Vapolution, but it sounds like a similar idea- I have to put a small "plug" of weed into the glass end that is then put into the heater- the weed should nNOT be ground up, since it has to hold together. You don't want it loose, for as you have discovered, it falls out. Be careful not to pack it too tight either, as it needs to heat evenly. If your weed is a bit moist, it works better. I put a thin slice of lemon peel into my jar of weed to rehydrate if it gets too dry.
