I'm 100% sober. This is something i havnt felt for years, and i mean YEARS.

I've got plenty of weed, but im not smoking it. I havnt smoked anything today.

It's 2:18pm, i've been up since about 4:30am, and im feeling quite good. My back is alright, as long as i dont twist or move to sharply, i havnt got a headache and my knee is completely fine.

I've always said that i could stop whenever i want to, and i have. I wanted to prove it to myself though.

Apart from the fact im sober, everything is the same, apart from my back being abit twitchy.

I'll smoke tonight though, once im back from work. But for now, im sober, and it's not as bad as i thought it would be.

I havnt lost my apetite or anything - i dont really feel differnt, apart from not being stoned. Things arnt as funny as usual, so im probably comming off more miserable than usual lol.

This isnt something im going to carry on with though, im going to get fucking wrecked tonight and everyday from there on, as usual.

The point is, even though im not as happy without weed, and i've got to be more careful regarding my back, i can stop whenever i choose too.

Cannabis isnt addictive, period. Habbit forming, maybe. Addictive, certainly not. Only the weak willed have problems stopping, and thats their fault, not the weed.

I have found everytime i'd usually feel like rolling one up i've been sniffing my grinder.

So, this is one for sobriety!
