    pot and working out

    Hey im in a weight training class at my school and i heard that pot can affect working out but i never heard how. how will pot affect working out??

    Well, I once heard that smoking pot and doing physical exercise can cause the body to naturally inject a very very very very minute amount of opium into the system. Say...the size of a pinhead.

    Other than that, I don't. I have a friend who LOVES getting stoned and working out.

    ive worked out while high(like bench press curls etc. full nine yards) and i find if the weed does not make u REALLY tired then its perfectlly fine to work out toasted

    oh yeah I find i can lift more weght high too....(like max out, and do more reps)

    I work out on avredge 4 times a week.

    I smoke weed and fist fight my friends. We have kind of like a bit less intense fight club for stoners. We all train pretty hard while stoned too.

    Street Fighter 2 did this to me.

    Working out while high is definately quite enjoyable, if you can get motivated

    Just be careful if your using weights I'll typically go biking on some trails, or do some calestenics (pushups/situps/pullups). in fact all I've been doing for the past couple months is 10-15 pull ups 4-7 days a week and I'll be damned if it isn't doing that trick!
    I see a red door and I want it painted black / No colors anymore I want them to turn black / I see the girls walk by dressed in their summer clothes / I have to turn my head until my darkness goes
