If you have some time..like more than a week before your test, you should concentrate on aerobic exercise to increase your metabolism and take metamucil and/or eat a high fiber diet. Then relax a 2-3 days before the test and add some new fat to your stores by eatng big (Fast food seems to be a favorite).
