flowering a plat right after the seed sprouts

I am looking for a link, but there is grower in Netherlands that uses a SoG WITH starting seeds.

ahh i love that thread:detective1: no i kno that method would work great with clone! but seeding i think it would be worth it so much more to veg it for a lil. my friend is such a dumbass hes only using a 23 watt cfl to grow this thing.
