27000k envirolite

i have a 200w Envirolite Lamp 2700K Red Spectrum for Flowering.
and i am wondering if you people think this will be fine for growing a lowrider#2
as they are self flowering from the start and im not sure if i need to veg it for the first few weeks. or if flowering them from the get go will damage them.
any info will be very helpfull

LR does all the work itself, no matter what light regiment you have. It flowers under 24/7 light. The majority of its life cycle is in flower so a flowering bulb would be better like the one you have. It should be enough to grow weed.
