    BIG PROBLEM

What are the units on your nute meter?
    Are you feeding them anything?
What is the pH of your water?
Preflowers come with age; an older mom will often stay in a constant state of preflower under even 24h light.

sorry it took 24 hrs. I started feeding them veg nutes 1/3 strength my ph is 5.5 9 of them have rooted through the 4 inch cube
today i rinsed them all with ph 5.5 and a mild nute i tested the water after and the ph was high
I wonder if the veg nutes could have bloom butes in it i found out the store fills up the containers keep in touch stinky attic

    BIG PROBLEM

Have you been pre-conditioning your rockwool cubes? They are not pH stable right from the factory and should be soaked in pH'd water or a commercial RW conditioning solution before use. The pH WILL go high if you don't. Same deal with hydroton pellets. Gotta pre-soak.

Sure, that's fine. You can even take clones up to the third week of flower if you are okay with allowing them 3 weeks to re-veg.
