Im growing shilva in a 1.3 metre square tent thats 2 metres high with a 600w double wing light, the problem is that i under estimated the growth of these ladies, they are in their second week of flower but im running out of head room big time! Is bending the bigger branches my only option, im new to this so any advice would be welcome.

At this point, bending is your only option.
Next time, veg for a shorter time or find a strain with very little stretch.

The only thing that you want to be sure of is that in your bending process, whatever bud is CURRENTLY the highest on the plant REMAINS the highest on the plant.
So if you tip the whole plant over diagonally, at least make the terminal bud stick up a little bit. Otherwise you are messing with the hormones, and it will react as if it has been topped, and that's not desirable in flower.
Bend gently, using soft yarn or strips of cloth, and you can do it gradually, just a little bit every couple days, so you don't split the plant by mistake.
