water is always good anyway most people dont eat enough, fruit and anything rich in nutritional value will help, also maybe a protien drink to nourish the brain because that's where all the high action happens. check out everyonedoesit, they have some multi vit recovery pills i swear by. i dont use them all the time, usually just a normal multivit, but when i know i need to be 100% i bang em before i go to sleep. does the trick every time.
