Some pics of some of the strains during the cup

Disclaimer: I have neuro issue's which means my photographic skills are pretty dismal.

The first here is the Alaskan Ice fom the 420 coffeshop. Nice tasty smoke this, lovely sativa flavours & slender long buds in the jar they had of it. Nice high also very mood pleasing although although the effect seemed cerebral & didn't do much for the nerve pain in the body.

This ones the Brainstorm Haze from Delta 9 seeds & De Rokerij coffeeshop. Again sativa dominant flavours & buds. Defnitely one of the faves this ones a creeper. As my son described it by the time you have rolled the third spliff you realise you shouldn't have smoked the second one.

First two are the Crimea Blue from Barneys & the last two the G13 Haze.

The CB I got because while standing in the queue at Barneys I got handed this vapouiser bag of it. hey way they held it meant I got a really heavy hit of it through my nose. The smell of it was just like standing over a fresh blueberry pie coling on the windowsill. The taste wasn't quite so fruity but just as nice in a spliff, but really this was an advert for vapourising over smoking & not a negative of the bud.

The G13 Haze I wasn't so impresed by. Seems everybody was into some kind of Haze cross & this one just seemed sour to me. I described it at the time by the analogy as a parent with young children have you ever come home from a night out wondering what was the smell your noticing only to find the baby has been sick down your back.

Thing is it won LOL amazing what a freebie goody bag can do.

The first two are the Rookies 11 from Rookies coffeeshop. The last three are the Resin Haze from you guessed it Resin coffeeshop. Both were very nice smoke mellow haze flavour that would be 1000% better than any commercial weed here, but just nothing to write home about.

This was a great little inclusion in the judges bag & I managed to score an extra tabard on the way to voting IMHO the 10 freebie seeds from that repays the value of the judges pass as it would cost me £70.

IMHO & my sons this was the haze flavour that all the others were trying to chase. Great uplifting high from it but again with the sativa high it didn't do much for the nerves.

Well here is about where I got to wasted, bored to come in each night late & then sit to take the pics. Also I got a bit of hash that took care of the sore neuro system & promoted a good sleep. More on the Hajish another day.

I can't even begin to describe how much I envy you right now! :stoned:

My wife and I have been planning a trip to Amsterdam since our honeymoon. Seeing those pictures just adds to the temptation to get off our asses, board a plane, and just go! I'll be looking for Brainstorm Haze, and will make sure to steer away from the G13. Your description of it was pretty vile.

Enjoy that stash...if there's any of it left!

Thanks for the comments Mr C. Its worth the trip for you & your wife. Its not just so much that you can walk past a copper with a lanard of weed hanging round your neck its that you can walk in a shop & say I want a bit of that, that & that. So much better than the regular commercial cr*p world of here what I have take it or leave it.

Unfortunately that stash is well smoked, bit dodgy for me to cross borders even in the EU carrying. I will be going back over within the next few weeks, but I might also do the high life cup i spain this year & the Seattle Hemp Fest as its getting very good reviews.

I grew out of the recklessly irresponsible stoner behavior a long time ago, I'm a much more mature stoner now. I'll just brag about it to the coppers when I get back home!

Great post, and I hope you'll update this thread during your trip to Spain and possibly Seattle.

    LOL Mr C

When I walked passed the copper on Haarlemmer Straat I fought the urge to rush back & shake his hand in case I jailed for the cheek of it.

I'll add the Hash later today & I'll keep the thread bookmarked so I can use it to update from my canna tourism.

EDIT: (Excellent idea about Seattle can't rep you at the mo but will keep you updated)
