Will I pass?

K well this is my situation. I was a pretty light smoker of about 1-2 times a week and i quit on December 9th. Haven't smoke any since. I have a test on January 7th. I'm 6'3 195 pretty active. Im hoping ill be alright but i need some reassurance. Also based on my situation should i do anything special before the test? Any opinions or advice will be appreciated.

You should be in pretty good shape. I'd pickup a couple test strips if you can. Other than that eat high fiber foods and exercise. And I would till follow the dillution sticky the morning of the test to increase your chances of sucess.

Drink a shitload of water. Also, most people don't know this, but it helps if you stay pretty much inactive for 48 hours leading up to the test. But, its been almost a month, so your probably fine as it is. But if your paranoid, I'd drink at least a gallon of water everyday until the day of the day of the test.

DON"T drink a ton of water. You will end up failing the test with a negative dillute!!
Just follow the dillution sticky and you should be fine. I would still pickup a couple test strips and test yourself.
