Oolong tea is the shit, its good for you two, likewise green tea is high in my book.

I like it with a bit of vanilla and sugar or honey. goes great with buttered toast. I love chamomile, black currant, hibiscus, green, and orange tea. also, being from texas, I love sweet tea.. I make mine with a cran- apple juice.. gives it a tanginess I like. nothing quenches my dry mouth during the south texas summers like a tall glass of ice cold sweet tea.. yum!!!! Rating: 5
