it is odd but its definately what was on the paper...I mean this isnt one of those instant probation tests though, its taken in a tempterature checked urine cup, sealed then bagged, and sent off to a lab, and the lab is in like rhode island, and im in NC, and then the results come back about 3 days later....im beginning the treadmill workout and just curious when should i stop all exercise, around 3-4 days before the tests, or 2-3?
