Buy a bottle of metamucil or learn about the fiber content of fruits, vegetables, and whole wheats. Search enignes can help you find the fiber content of an apple, banana, spinach, etc. and just about everything else comes with nutritional guides on the label. You want soluble fiber.

What's your height? Weight does no good without height. Are you sure the test isn't using 50 ng/ml on immunoassay cutoff and 15 ng/ml on GC/MS confirmation?

did you mean insoluble fiber...b/c i thought the insoluble helps remove toxic waste faster...

Hey Yungjay - you've probly already had your test by now but in case you didn't.. I passed this way - go to your local healthfood store and pick up "Quick Tabs Emergency Detox". It costs $20 - $25.00. They have a website so please check them out. There
are about 8 tablets (all natural) that you take following the diections carefully. You take them with water. They work immediately - for 1 to 5 hours. Just take them that morning and your covered. thanks for the help, ill take that into mind if I have any more come up but for now im done, I passed my test, I stopped burning the 5th of Jan, and took, the test Jan 24th....I was nervous cause I used my own and I know I was dirty just a couple of weeks ago, but I made it out all clear and fine...and the cutoff was 25, I thought it was 15 but either way nothing was detected :smokin:

You need the soluble fiber more because in addition to moving waste through your intestine faster, it absorbs bile acids which causes your body to have to make more. To make more bile your body pulls cholesterol from the bloodstream which can help pull THC metabolites too.
