It sounds like this was a serious mold problem, it'd be next to impossible to ensure all the spores are off and out of that plastic or vinyl material.

You need to replace everything if you've had a mold problem this bad. It can seep right into the reservoir plastic not to mention the inside of pumps, and vinyl lining.

It sucks , but until you do replace everything i think you'll consistently have this problem.

You need to get some seedy brick, sterilize your equipment with foaming bathroom cleaner (it's great stuff- Scrubbing Bubbles works like a charm on prop equipment), and do a test run of bagseed, up to about week 3 when they become less vulnerable, to prove that your technique is correct.
    BAAAAAAG SEEEEEEED....
No matter how hardy a strain, all seedlings are susceptible to rot in poor conditions.

Glad to see you up and running. How do you like the coco? Been thinking about giving it a go, maybe half and half with hydroton. It's still sitting over there in the corner in a bag. Has been for a year. I like experimenting, but when something works as well as hydroton does for me, I find it a little hard to change.

Thanks, i needed this badly i just started going back to school and this is EXTREMELY THERAPEUTIC, it relaxes me. but an yway i figured out the key to the cocoa tech, from what i leaned its not suposto take in water its actualy for the oppisate, its purpus it to just wet the roots for some reason, so i scoop up a cup of water and pour one in each to water them until the roots poke through (1 has already) but a cocoa tech, filled with hydrotron and a rr hidden in the middle works great.

im cant wait to see the results of a true aeroponics tank

i just ordered all new nutes/ph calbration solution, im doing this grow by the book, and next time ill start expirmenting with the grow.

btw my seed problems are with fem seeds, i ordered ww seeds not fem and fem ww seeds and agian with rr only the un fem seeds sprouted :wtf: guess ill just have to get cloning down and ill be set
