yeah the leaves themselves have more THC than stems but not nearly as much as bud.
but anything with THC crystals on them will have THC and therefore will get you at least a little high:rastasmoke:

poor manicuring job.. i've been noticing more of that lately, growers getting lazy you can still smoke the little leaves and they'll do the job, but if you're a purist, pick off the leaves and smoke the buds only.. (i do heheh)
