Or say: "Yes. I'm a cannabis user, and yes, it's my weed. I dont have a problem with you, you dont make the laws. I'm not smoking it in public, i respect those who dont smoke, and i am causing no harm. I'm not going out vadalising stuff, im not driving around stoned, all i do is smoke abit of weed on my own, in my own home."

Well, that's pretty much what i've said the last 2 times i've been caugh by the old bill, and once i got it confiscated, and a "have a nice day fella" from the copper, and the other time i was actually in my house and they didnt bother taking it, they just said "not in public" and nodded his head at the 1/4 oz on the table.

I find it's best to be nice, and hopefully they'll see that your alright and not out to cause any trouble. They wont want to bother with all the paperwork, because really, most of them DO want to catch real criminals. Alot of them fail at that though, as we know all too well.

But Englands laws are pretty good, really. It's often unenforced with adults. It's under 18's that get arrested, and depending on amount [varies on other evidence, baggies and money and such] they normally just get de arrested, a causion or a reprimand, which isnt a criminal record. A reprimand lasts 5 years or untill 18. Whichever's longest.

The point is, if your an adult you should have nothing to worry about, even if your caught with weed ON you!

i hate to break it to you guys but in some states it IS illegal to be under the influence of narcotics, even bud. this is why you should never admit to being high.
