I can't tell if you took P4B's advice (tried to give it some time to see if you figured it out) but there are 2 stickies about the rep system (the green bars), another one on the plus symbol (new member privledges). An advanced search using the term "disabled" looking only in thread titles and only posts in this forum for some of the threads on disabled rep. Finally, go to user cp (control panel) and you should see what the Y! is about.

When I read posts I notice that under the "user name" it says "REGISTERED" how come some people have a + next to it? Also, I noticed that some users have a green bar to the right whats that?
