Hey Rhizome,

Good to see you.....yes it is. I'm very sure it's something I'm doing to the thing but I can't figure out what.....I even did a demo for my hydro guy and he said he didn't see me doing anything wrong.....they just don't like me....

So he took it and popped it in some stuff and it calibrated for him after a few...I now have new solutions.....wondering if my 7 solution got contaminated.

Question for you though......is well water ok to use in the cap? The manuel says tap water or 4.0......I was using 4.0 to keep the probe damp but after PONTIFICATING with Opie we came to a different conclusion.
Weedhound Reviewed by Weedhound on . Rhizome/Opie/Anyone who uses Truncheon PH Meter Help!!! I can't get mine to calibrate lately! I've tried cleaning the probe, and even changing the contact ring (only had it about a month....:() but I keep getting that flashing green 5. It calibrates to the 4.0 solution I have (made by BlueLab) but not the 7 (made by Hanna) although it DID calibrate to the hanna solution previousyly. Any tips? I use new solution each time and check it once a week, keep the cap with 4.0 solution damp on the sponge and rinse the probe each time I use it. HELP!! Rating: 5
