Well, you got the wrong timer and you really should take it back and get a different one. You don't need seven days, you need one recurring 24 hour time period. I would take it back and get the right timer or you will be kicking yourself later when you plants are herming from photoperiod shock.

Its suposed to be setup for daily timers, but isnt there 168 hours in a week? Im not sure on how to set it up for 12 on 12 off, for everyday. i figured maybe it went for every 2 hours instead of one, but that still doesnt work mathmattically...help...
