i think you are going to have alot of people posting back on this one. i'm not an expert myself, but i DO know that you do NOT water everyday in soil you want the soil to actually dry to where the bottom of the pot is moist so the roots feel like they have to grow. you are babying them too much so they don't feel like growing..... and in my opinion, it looks like too big of a pot for a seedling.. you also want 24 hours of light, keep it warm to about 80 degrees. so STOP watering for a couple days and give 'her' some good light. what kind of lights are you using? floros are good for now.
