Thanks for the replies. I want to make it clear I'm not trying to take any supplements. I don't believe in that kind of thing. I've been researching, and I've spoken with a few of my father's friends (my father used to have a workout club on our street) and I think for now, I'm just going to do a helluva lot of running. I think running and general cardiovasculuar activities will be the most beneficial for my situation. Then slowly, I'll ease myself into cardio + weight lifting into one workout.

I'm about 6'1, 190lbs, i'm not fat or even chubby, but I still have some excess fat around my chest, stomach, and obliques that I would love to get rid of.
