You pH is too high. Bring it down to 6.7. That's why you are having problems with micronutrients.
You are showing magnesium deficiency pretty badly, among other things.
Can you get a proper cannabis fert? You will need to adjust your soil pH by flushing and then do a final watering with 1/2 strength grow fert with micronutirents. I also suggest a foliar feed with a 1/2 strength micronutrient supplement like GH micro or algoflash.
