Worried..

I am a daily smoker ( bowl or 2 a day) but i got into an undesireable situation. and am being forced into an assessment tomorrow @ the local treatment center. If i pass the UA I'll be fine. I havent smoked or been around i t for over 2 1/2 weeks I took an @home test yesterday and the line showed up and was pretty dark actually. But the test was the kind that only requires 3 drops. the kind i normally find is the stick that goes in the cup. I just cant afford to fail this.

So should I be as worried as I am?

I know all the cutoff limits and dillution & sub stuff this is just the first test that I really have something to lose over.

well i just took another @home test this was the kind you stick in the cup and wait while it creeps up the stick. got a pretty faint line which it says it stil a negative. Been eating fatty shit all day. And planning on diluting.

and if it helps im 26 5'9 190lbs but the doctors have told me I have an very high metabolic rate.

Well I normally leave these answers to the experts here but because time is getting short I would think You should read the DILUTION: tips, tricks and guidelines sticky above and do a light version of it if You have no chance of subbing. Sounds like it will be the same type of test You are taking now. Good Luck....:thumbsup:

well after finding and talking to a few ppl that have had to go to this place before. I found out that they dont even make you emty your pockets, and when i went they didnt so i after they told me that everythin went fine it got sent to the lab so I won know far a couple of days but i gotta go back on the 25 for the actual asessment. today was just registration and UA.
