    Joints Rolled too Tight?

I think I rolled my joint too tight and it felt like a waste of weed.It was a pretty fat one.I used a dollar to roll it,I dont smoke joints, but my bong broke this morning and my pipe broke 2 days ago.
So I lit this up and was huffin on it and wasnt getting much smoke. The cherry would light up and all.....I still got a good high,I'm prety high right now.But I felt it was a waste, cause I used like 3 bowls worth to roll that joint.

3 bongs worth for a joint? I think you managed to save pretty well...
If it was too tight and you really have to work to get a nice pull, it could have been an issue with the roach if you used one or you just rolled the mixture actually to tight and not enough oxygen/air/whatever could pass threw.

:thumbsup:Hey next time just tear a strip off the thing that holds the papers, roll it up into a cylinder and stick it in the end of the joint. Should solve your problem.

I know, that's what the rating button is for:thumbsup:

Sometimes, when my joints are to tight I just unroll them and make a new one, using a new paper. Or when I have no other papers, I just smoke it and toke a lil bit harder

Yeah,I wanted it to be tight, but not too tight.I always thought that a joint would burn quick if it was loose and slow if it was tight.I havent smoked a joint in ages,I should just keep practising incase I ever find myself in a situation like this again(no pipe or bong).I will be heading up to the smoke shop tomorrow and look at some pipes.

It's got to be of a good consistency. Roll it firm, remember you can always tap a loser joint (I tap all my joints 3 times after rolling them up regardless) down, rather than having a joint too tight you can only re-roll really.

AHA(not a laugh one of those things that people yell ya ill stop now) kk one solution is once you realize its been rolled too tight is to move the joint back and forth in your fingers (untwist the end if you already twisted it) and that should loosen it up enough to toke and if you already lit it, put it out and loosen that (if this doesnt make sense then i cant explain any better)
