Prime place to grow

Yes, and thats the type of information that keeps making me think I have 1500sqft and cant use any of it to grow.
Lets say I am choosing the upstairs knowing its really too big, and its a oven all summer.

LF - It's much cheaper to cool a small space than a large space. If you contain your grow in an enclosed area that is just the size you need for the grow, it will be cheap to cool. Personally, I think you should be looking at your closets and figuring out if any are suitable for a good grow op. It would be ideal for temp regulation if you could insulate the closet, but, even if you can't, small a/c units start at around US$100 and go up gradually from there. You don't have to worry about the power company turning the small a/c off, and you are cooling only the area you need for growing.
