i thought all these tie downs and opening up to the lite was supposed to be such a cherry idea???

i count the 4 main budsites and about 6 or 7 smaller ones:wtf:

dont get me wrong, this is an AMAZING DIFFERENCE in size and development vs the Thai,

Yeah Rock I think you'd do good with a perpetual harvest thing.....works great for me.

I like the scrog idea because the 3 people I've been watching, Opie, MVP and cm have all gotten really impressive results so far.....better I believe than I would get from lst. And it really seems to get maximum results with the smaller lighting and space thing.
Although I seem to recall PC having a grow of out of control white widows he was scrogging.....

i dunno hound, that scrog thing does look good, but, look what Galina is doin.
the 2 longest opposing arms are at least 16-18 inches apart, over 15 inches tall from the ground
the other 3 intermediate sized are around 12 in spread
and all the lowers are reaching up n filling in.

i could prolly, tie the tips over and maintain a particular height, and let the entire plant catch up with it.
i dont feel comfy about all this screening and such.

i mean, look at her, she's creating a stadium shape just from the way she's responding to the tie downs, no?

plus, we're outta synch on cycles here.

there's room enuf to have 6 veggin and 6 in flwr at the same time.

i dont have that figured out just yet. but working on it.

I FIMM'd, as i do with every topping attempt.
with Galina, she was topped twice and got a couple triple branches goin. the 2 thickest stalks are impressive as hell.
remember i only have Thai as an experience, this shit is BOOMIN!
just topped the 3 Mystery Reds today. 4 weeks and they'll be ready, i hope.
i also germed 2 that are Blueberry or Mango Kush, (i hope 1 each)
so, there are 5 in the solo cups rite now, counting the 3 new russians.
6-10 weeks for them to be ready to go
that should allow the Reds outta the way.

well, Galina was feelin a lil crazy so, she got her bondage on

then she took a lil shower.
mix total was 2 cups:
dechlorinated water w a drop o ST/gal
tspn Big Bloom
tspn Max-FX
tspn Penetrator
(there is 1 cup mixd left over for tomorow)

spary on both sides of leaves til runoff.

1st 3 pix are after the new tie downs.
she leaned right into it, didnt resist a bit... i think she likes it:wtf:
now all flwrs are at the same level, within an inch.

the hps is off and a cfl is on with the fan while she dries off, then back to hps.

NOW LET THE POOR PLANT FINISH.. Im very sure you're aware that the more you make changes the longer your plants will take to finish. Every time you remove a leaf or lst you add time to your grow. Normally MOST folks do this a few times so finishing time isn't really affected.

That was part of the reason I liked the scrog idea for you...you are allowed to play with them more than normal but everything you do adds time to your finish.

she turned almost every leaf horizontal and pointed the flowers up before the end of the day.
the ropes got fine tuned after the last pix.
every flower is at the same level, like a scrog without the screen.:wtf:
